Rav Aryeh Stechler
Rosh Yeshiva
Rav Stechler received his B.A from Yeshiva College and semicha at Yeshivas Rabbeinu Yitzchok Elchanan (RIETS, YU) where he learned under the guidance of HaRav Herschel Schachter, shlit”a, and HaRav Michael Rosensweig, shlit”a. He served as a community Rav and as a high school rebbe for many years. Rav Stechler also served as the Executive Vice President of the Rabbinical Council of Bergen County. He lives with his wife and children in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Rav Yitzchak Reichman
Maggid Shiur
Rav Reichman is a talmid of Yeshiva Shaar HaTorah in Queens, where he developed a close relationship with the Roshei Yeshiva, Rav Kalman Epstein shlit”a and Rav Sholom Spitz shlit”a. In Eretz Yisrael, he learned in Yeshivas Brisk under the leadership of R Avrohom Yehoshua Soloveichick. For the past 14 years, he has learned in kollel in Beis Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, New Jersey, including, most recently, 6 years as a Rosh Chabura. The chabura, which focused on the combination of classical lomdus and halacha, has attracted a large number of outstanding avreichim interested in the derech halimud as well as the hadracha they would receive in formal chaburos and one on one discussions. Rav Yitzchok also collaborated with his father, Rav Herschel Reichman of Yeshiva University, on a number of volumes of Reshimos Shiurei HaGrid Soloveichik. He currently lives in Lakewood, New Jersey with his wife and children.

Rav Moshe Don Kestenbaum
Mashgiach Heichal Bais Medrash
Rav Kestenbaum was a rebbe at the Mesivta of Waterbury for more than a decade. He writes a weekly column in the Yated Ne’eman and gives daily shiurim on Torah Anytime. He has also authored four sefarim, two in Hebrew, Olam Hamiddos and Olam Ha’avodah, as well as two in English, Run After the Right Kavod, and The Heart of Parenting. This Elul, the Sefer Olam Hamiddos will be coming out in English, published by Artscroll.

Rav Moshe Genack
Maggid Shiur
Rav Moshe Genack has been teaching Torah in formal and informal settings for over ten years. His shiurim have become known for their clarity of thought and presentation, as he is able to make complex sugyos comprehensible and coherent. A talmid of Shaar HaTorah and Mir Yerushalayim, he credits his Rebbeim for their profound impact on his derech halimud. The author and editor of numerous seforim, he most recently published Kalos Moshe, about which Rav Asher Weiss wrote, “I am astounded how the author dove into intricate topics with great knowledge and lucidity.” Rav Genack graduated from Touro College with a B.A. in Psychology and received an M.B.A. in nonprofit management. He completed his semicha at Yeshiva University where he studied under Rav Hershel Schachter.

Rav Pesach Skulnick
Halacha Chaburah
Rav Skulnick learned in Ner Yisroel in Baltimore for 17 years and offered an afternoon chaburah to advanced students. Hundreds of Ner Yisroel talmidim consider Rav Skulnick their Rebbe Muvhak. He also served as a Mesivta Rebbe at various yeshivos in Baltimore. His past Menahel described him as a dynamic mechanech, “who inspired talmidim to go off to top Yeshivos and taught them a tremendous amount of skills and materials.” Rav Skulnick enjoys playing basketball with the talmidim. He has spent the last 11 summers at Camp Romimu, where he teaches the ninth grade shiur. He completed his undergraduate degree and CPA studies at the University of Maryland. He studied in Kerem B’ Yavneh for two years. Rav Skulnick just completed Shas taking the Dirshu tests, which requires the review of each masechta countless times. Rav Skulnick’s warm and personable character, coupled with his deep concern for the religious and emotional development of each talmid, make him one of the most sought after Rabbeim in the country. Rav Skulnick lives with his wife and children in Passaic, NJ.

Rav Daniel Schwechter
Mashgiach Heichal Mesivta
Rav Schwechter learned in Yeshivat Reishit for one year under Rav Chaim Soloveitchik, and at Yeshiva University under Rav Baruch Simon. Rav Schwechter has an undergraduate degree in psychology. He received semichah from Rav Schachter, having learned in his kollel for three years, two of which he spent in the satellite kollel in the DRS beis medrash with Rosh Kollel Rav Shmuel Marcus. After receiving semichah, he became a rebbe at Westchester Day School, and eventually became the Mashgiach Ruchani. Rav Schwechter is the Rav of a teen minyan on Shabbos. Rav Schwechter is renowned for his commitment to and connection with all types of talmidim. He lives with his wife and children in Woodmere.
Rav Ori Greenfield
Chazaras HaShiur
An important facet of the Heichal Beis Medrash is Chazaras HaShiur. Through carefully reviewing the morning iyun shiur, talmidim get the skills to become independent lamdanim. Rav Ori Greenfield makes sure that every talmid understands their Rebbe’s shiur clearly by reviewing with them at night seder. Rav Greenfield comes with many years of experience learning and teaching in Yeshivas Shaar HaTorah.
Rav Rafi Steinhart
Night Seder Bekius Program
Rav Rafi Steinhart oversees the Heichal Beis Medrash Bekius program where every talmid is encouraged to finish the mesechta the Yeshiva is learning that year. Rav Steinhart taught at Yeshiva Gedolah of Teaneck and Heichal HaTorah High School and is thrilled to join the Beis Medrash this year.
